Happy Birthday: to ME!

At 5:37 this morning I turned 44.

Life gets better every year.

I have no doubt that 44 will be better than 43 which was better than 42, 33, 26, 19 and every year in between. I'm anxious to get to lunch with a handful of friends - many of whom I haven't seen all summer long! Some have had to reorganize their days, get child care and time off to join me. I'm so grateful to each of them for going to such effort for me.

Here's to another brilliant year!
