Lee's Lazy Lasagne

Okay, so, Lazy Lasagne is pretty easy and you put in the ingredients to match your tastes. This is how I make mine:

boil up one box of rotini or penne for 8 minutes - not quite "done" - drain

ground beef browned - I figure it's about 1 pound or 2 1/2 cups - and drained

add 1 bottle of pasta sauce (I use plain basil flavoured - but you can use whatever kind your family prefers, next time I'm going to put in the spinach pasta sauce in hopes they won't know the difference!)

in casserole dish cover the bottom in beef and sauce mixture

add in a layer of shredded cheese - Italian mixture

add a layer of sour cream

add a thick layer of pasta - I use the whole thing

add a layer of beef and sauce mixture

top with layer of shredded cheese - Italian mixture

place in oven pre-heated to 325F for 1/2 hour

Voila, you're done. A couple of sticks of garlic bread, a nice salad, a glass of red wine and it is the best comfort food around! YUM.

Sounds yummy! What time will it be ready...Who cares - I'll drink the wine til it's done (or I'm done!)

Just kidding! - but seriously - where's the picture of it!

That does sound yummy and very easy! My two favorite things. Now, if I could get someone else to clean up - it would be perfect! =D
