Daylight SHIFTING Time

So, a few things about this particular day that started in the wee hours (2AM to be exact):

The official spelling is Daylight Saving Time, not Daylight SavingS Time.

Yes, this year we're starting almost a full month EARLIER than in years past.

Adding to the confusion is that the phrase Daylight Saving Time is inaccurate, since no daylight is actually saved. Daylight Shifting Time would be better, and Daylight Time Shifting more accurate.

Bottom line: one hour less sleep!

Will be anxiously awaiting November 2nd to get it back.
