I

am: just back from driving Claire to school for 7:15AM. Now I’m watching Canada AM and The Weather Channel and savouring my first cup of coffee.

want: for very little; only the best for my children and family.

have: so much to do and so little time to accomplish it all.

wish: I could fight every battle for my kids but have realized that part of their process is to fight their battles for themselves. My job is to dust them off and send them back in for round 2 with love and confidence.

hate: spending at least a half hour every day trying to wake everyone up to start their day. It’s a crummy start to mine.

don't: put up with bull shit, once I figure out it’s bull shit. Up until then, I’m pretty laid back.

can't: tolerate liars and drama drummers.

need: to mail out the 7 boxes of random goodies sitting in the workshop.

hear: a “news” clip which includes Simon, my hero :)

wonder: when Spring will arrive – not just the temperatures, but the flowers, birds, sailboats and (sigh) allergies!

believe: you can achieve all of your goals – the key? Have goals.

regret: Nothing. I don’t have time for regrets or looking backward. Onward.
Choose lemonade!

am not: unkind, selfish or whiney.

dance: daily.

sing: in the car, top down, top up, doesn’t matter. Just LOUD!

cry: only when I’m angry.

am not always: as fully engaged in the life of my children as I would like. Maybe it’s because there are so may of them but I sometimes don’t feel like I’m able to give 100% to each of them 100% of the time.

make with my hands: scrapbook pages
, yummy (if ugly) cakes, fantastic dinners and (fingers crossed) paintings this summer!

write: not enough, but lately it’s more than the grocery list. It’s an improvement!

confuse:
myself when watching baseball – the rules in rookie, mosquito and bantam change and I just can’t keep track of it all! Good thing the kids can. I just cheer. And take pictures.

should: make more of an effort to lose weight.

start: every day with a cup of coffee
.

finish: everything I start. Though, often with less enthusiasm then when I began.
