
On ScrapShare I have joined the Biggest Loser Challenge and I was voted "leader" of our "Booty Buster" group. Though I have now shed a whopping 9 pounds, I am not concentrating so much on weight loss but behaviour modification.
Key for me: eat breakfast.
Key food: pink grapefruit.
I can eat a lot of things in the morning, but I have found, if I don't have the grapefruit, my day is just not the same. So, I'm trying to eat my protein and half grapefruit, consistently, every morning. I have the other half as my afternoon snack before picking up the kids.
My next behaviour to modify? Getting off my ample butt and exercising.
One thing at a time ;)
