One of those days

I missed it.

My 9:30AM class with the insanely talented and motivating Cathy Zielske. She is the Creative Director of Simple Scrapbooks Magazine, a true pioneer of the scrapbook industry, her books are incredible, a true inspiration and one of my heroes.

How did I miss it?

Well, I've been so focused on NEXT weekend that I forgot about THIS weekend and messed up my days! Last night at 10PM I realized it was THURSDAY and my class, for which I had not prepared and would have to drive close to 2 hours to reach, was at 9:30 THIS morning.

Choice:

1. Stay up and be completely bagged for meeting my hero
2. Find out where she'll be next and sign up for that event

Guess which one I chose?

So, I must now research her next appearance. I'm sure it's on the Simple Scrapbooks blog, or on her own blog. (All links can be found to your right). I'd love to have company. I'll post details when I figure it out!!
