Patio Pots

Every year I promise myself that I'm going to plant herbs in containers. Every year I don't get it done. So, as I was driving by Fortino's the other day, I saw these awesome fibreglass containers in a great classic shape. I formulated a plan and viola, into the back yard are 8 containers. Herbs in those located by the kitchen door - I'm still mulling what goes in the the remaining 4!

Chives and Parsley ...

Spearmint for Louis' mohitos ... around here they have been re-named Louhitos! He loves them.

Basil, finally, fresh basil!

Red tomatoes and yellow tomatoes. Maybe. If the rabbits, squirrels and other wildlife don't get to them first!

You planted a bunch! I just buy lemon thyme, parsley and rosemary and keep them in the PC container they came in (at Zehr's). These go in a lovely antique-like plant holder on my patio.

I'll have to send you pictures of my patio if I can ever figure out how to post a picture.
