What did you do on Sunday?

(Caden getting his individual shot for his trading cards)

Every year we open our Frozen Ropes facility to members of the Oakville Minor Baseball Association so that parents don't have to stand out in either: the pouring rain or blazing sun, because we all know that on picture day you only get one or the other on Photo Day.

It was a l.o.n.g. day. A long day of hyped up kids, rude parents, anxious coaches. Louis opened (only because he's a control freak and seems to not mind living on four hours of sleep!) while I picked up Chloe from her sleepover; Claire was delivered to and picked up from dragonboat practice and Cole had a baseball practice and 3on3 hockey game. So that Louis could take Cole to his activities, I sat myself behind the desk. Oh my goodness! First hand I can vouch for the poor behaviour of children and the stupidity of their parents.

We opened the facility at 7AM and closed at 7PM. There is no break, but (clearly) we like it that way! Everyone in this house was in bed, asleep, by 8:30PM!

Aw come on...do tell...what makes a parent rude on "picture day?". I mean, I can imagine a game day rude parent, but pictures? Sheesh...helicopter parents no matter what the occasion I guess?
