Control Z = Undo

While at the ScrapShare retreat in Alabama, I was determined to learn to digi-scrap. Elaine has truly inspired me to do so, and since she was there, what better time to learn from our resident expert, right?

I have been nervous and giving in to the intimidation of it all. Though, over the past few months, I've amassed quite a collection of fonts and digital kits, it was still "too much" for me to just do.

I forced myself to pack only my computer and a couple of Renee Pearson books. On Elaine's advice I just jumped right in and started with a template in the second book.

My intake of breath, squeal and look of panic was an indication that I had messed up and from the middle of the room, I would hear "Control Z" (pronounced the American way - zee - which confused me at first :). Elaine, Nancy and Linda would remind me, as panic erased all logic from my brain, that everything in Photoshop can be undone.

Now I'm going back to the front of the first book and learning each element.

I think the first lesson should have been Control Z = Undo!
