Day at the Races: The Family

After the rookie ball game and before the bad weather moved in, Louis brought the kids to the Don Canoe Club to cheer on Claire and the Appleby teams. They all managed to find things to do to occupy themselves in between heats (which are quite lengthy drawn out affairs - though the races themselves are +/- a minute!).


Caden was fascinated with the idea of catching minnows. Hard to do with just your hands!

Cole and Chloe were happy to just relax in the heat of the day with the occasional request for ice cream and other treats!

And, Lorraine, this one is for you ...

Guess who managed to lean over too far and land right in the water? He is the reason for all of my gray hair, I swear!
