Living on the lake

There are many great reasons to live on the lake, but one of the best are sites like this:


Today is one of those spectacular fall days.

Slight chill in the air. Bright cloudless sky. A bit breezy. The birds are singing.

Wow, I wish I could just sit outside all day and enjoy it. But, even better? We have friends joining us for dinner and I must get to the stove! Maybe I can have the best of both and cook with all the windows open in the house.
