On my blog journey this morning I came across this list at EcoSalon. Some things I've done, others, guerrilla gardening for one, I had never heard of before. It all sounds fun!
I really am loathe to spend a ton of money on things. I prefer to think of myself as frugal rather than cheap, but when you have four kids, even frugal costs a lot. Even when it's cheap movie day.
I enjoy taking the kids to the park, walking and window shopping in our quaint downtown or Bronte harbour, sorting and purging what I already have and cleaning and organizing - especially my kitchen and laundry room! You'd think they'd be spotless by now!

Even frugal costs a lot...so true!!
Hiking is our favorite free (relatively) entertainment. When Alec and Alyssa were little it was the park.
Anything nature, and the library : )
