I am making every effort to fill my life with as many positive, uplifting, contributing and real (and real-virtual) people and experiences as I can. There is enough of the bad stuff that I think a full-out effort is warranted and required. As part of my Wellness Wednesday, I want to share with you some work by two women I have come to admire: Katherine Center and Mary Swenson I think hanging out with them, reading their work is definitely on my Wellness agenda!
