I am a huge fan of the calm, thoughtful and insightful perspective offered by some Eastern religions. While perusing Ali Edwards blog last week, there was a link to Zen Habits. While on there, I found this brilliant post: The Single Secret to Making 2009 Your Best Year Ever. Though the title is far too Western Advertising Rah Rah, the complete antithesis of Zen, it was a very good article. Well, I thought so.
Read it and tell me what you think.
Do you agree? Can you stop waiting for happiness? Do you believe that happiness is right here, right now?
I do.
Carpe Diem.

Wow Lee - great post today. I ran over to Zen habits and read it. How true is that? Happiness is right here, right now. I think that is one that I have learned in my "years" is to live in the present. What a great site.
You have been a busy gal. I start too many projects and never finish. I finally PRINTED off all of Cathy's assignments! Have a great day sweetie with your new sassy, sexy hair!
I believe it is right here, right now - its just hard for some people to see it unfortunatley.
Great post!
